Description / Action: 

Granex Pro Ointment is a specially formulated wound healing gel prepared from animal collagens enriched with curcuminoid extracts & other herbal extracts. It has been crafted with the goodness of curcumin blended in collagen and fortified with sucralfate for rapid wound healing.

Guiding Function:
Granex pro fibers serve to guide fibroblasts. A connective tissue matrix guides the migration of fibroblasts.

Chemotactic properties:
Granex pro fibres have a huge surface area that can attract fibrogenic cells, which aid in healing.

Nucleation:
Granex pro, in the presence of certain neutral salt molecules can act as a nucleating agent causing formation of fibrillar structures. The orientation of fresh fibrin deposition and capillary development may be guided by a Granex pro wound dressing.

Hemostatic properties:
Blood platelets interact with the Granex pro to make a haemostatic plug.

In dogs and cats, Granex Pro helps in treating all cuts and wounds including anal fistula, ulcers, maggots and mange lesions.

In cattle and buffalo, Granex Pro helps in treating hoof lesions associated with FMD, teat and tail injuries faster with lesser scar lesions.

Granex Pro can be used to treat wounds in sheep, goat, camels, pigs and horses as well. It is a special blend of natural ingredients, including herbal extracts and animal collagens.

Granex pro being a component of skin tissue can benefit all stages of the wound healing process. When it is applied to the wound bed, closure of wound occurs. It is also resistant to bacteria which is of vital importance. In wound dressing, it helps to keep the wound sterile, because of its natural ability to fight infection. When Granex Pro is used as a burn dressing, healthy granulation tissue is formed very quickly over the burn thereby helping it to heal rapidly.

Dosage/ Administration:

Apply on the affected area, 3 times a day for a week directly on the damaged skin.
