Ingredients & Composition:
Moxifloxacin HCl 0.5 % W/V
Description: Unique topical Anti-infective Eye Drops for dogs and cats.
Indication / Uses:
• Susceptible infections of the conjunctiva
• Red-eye / Pinkeye
• Excessive tearing due to infection
Doses and administration:
1 Drop in the affected eye/eyes, 3-6 times daily for minimum 7 days or as per the advice of the veterinarian for bacterial conjunctivitis in adults and should not be prescribed to pets below the age of 1 year.
Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:
• Eye irritation/inflammation
• Watery eyes
• In rare case dry eye also
• Don’t use it if you see precipitation
Interactions: Don’t mix with other ophthalmic solutions
Pharmaceutical precautions / Instructions:
Store in a cool dry place.
Don’t touch the nozzle of the eye drop bottle with your hands to avoid contamination
Don’t keep it for a long time once opened.

Ans: Eye drops like hydroxymethyl cellulose or artificial tears and Polyvinyl alcohol preparation can be used with a gap but let your vet decide what should be instilled before and after and how much gap or time you need between two eye drops.
