Imizet helps in simplifying the treatment of vector-borne challenges. It is precise, convenient, and potent. Common vector-borne diseases in canine are Babesiosis, Ehrlichiosis, Anaplasmosis, and Hepatozonosis. Common Symptoms of these vector-borne diseases are – Fever, Anaemia, Anorexia, Thrombocytopenia, Lethargy, Depression, Weight loss, Emaciation, and Hemoglobinuria, etc. Injectable administration keeps the treatment under control. Mean peak plasma concentration is attained in one-hour post-injection. Plasma protein binding ranges between 72 – 92 %. Half-life is 3.5 hours in canines and 10 days in cattle.

Imizet helps in simplifying the treatment of vector-borne challenges. It is precise, convenient, and potent. Common vector-borne diseases in canine are Babesiosis, Ehrlichiosis, Anaplasmosis, and Hepatozonosis. Babesiosis is caused by intra-erythrocytic (inside RBC) Hemoprotozoa. Ehrlichiosis caused by small, Gram-negative, obligatory intracellular bacteria after which primarily invade leucocytes. Anaplasmosis – Anaplasma phagocytophilum infects white blood cells, Anaplasma platys infects platelets.
Common Symptoms of these vector-borne diseases are – Fever, Anaemia, Anorexia, Thrombocytopenia, Lethargy, Depression, Weight loss, Emaciation, and Hemoglobinuria, etc.

Overdoses / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:
Use in the appropriate dosage. Most commonly reported adverse effects in dogs include pain, inflammation during the injection. And mild cholinergic signs like salivation, nasal drip, and brief episodes of vomiting may occur post-injection. Must not be given by intravenous route. Avoid use or administration in hepatic and renal patients.
Do not self medicate to avoid side effects and complications.
Pharmaceutical precautions / Instructions:
Store in a cool and dry place at 2 – 25°C. Protect from light.
Safety: Age / Pregnancy/ Withdrawal:
Safety in puppies, pregnant, lactating, or breeding animals has not been established either reported by the manufacturer. Imidocarb has no reported withdrawal side effects.
