If it is not avoided, it might evolve to a bronchopneumonia. Vencomax BRONQ provides protection against the most serious coughing agent/ Canine Infectious Tracheobronchitis in dogs.

Canine Cough has a high risk in Dogs which are used to attend pet shops, hotels, fairs, immunosuppressed dogs, dogs going through chemotherapy, and Kennel’s animals. Environmental factors such as cold,  kennel arrangement, and humidity are common conditions that increase the susceptibility of the disease. Kennel cough symptoms include severe and dry cough (aggravated by activity or excitement); vomiting and effort in trying to expel mucus from the upper respiratory tract and fever. The best way to prevent this disease is through vaccination.

The vaccine can be used from 45 days of age and it´s recommended a 2nd and 3rd dose, with an interval of 30 days between them and should be repeated annually to have a better immune response.

Unvaccinated adult animals: 2 doses with 21 days of interval between them. Revaccinate annually.

Better tranquility and safety at the application:  Application route SC or IM better tolerated by the animals and more preference by the Veterinarians. Through this route, the chance to lose a product during the application is smaller, infact which occurs more frequently at the intranasal, after the animal’s sneezing.

The study has pointed out that the subcutaneous vaccines promote better levels of IgG in seropositive dogs than the intranasal vaccines.
