Indication / Uses
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) — All Stages: Long-term management of progressive renal failure in dogs and cats.
Hyperphosphatemia: Calcium and magnesium carbonate chelate dietary phosphorus to reduce absorption.
Elevated Urea & Creatinine: Chitosan and FPH reduce uremic toxin burden and nitrogenous waste.
CKD-Associated Hypertension: Hawthorn and Astragalus support cardiac-renal axis and blood pressure regulation.
Renal Fibrosis: Astragalus Membranaceus decreases growth of fibrotic tissue in the kidney.

Side effects
Generally well tolerated when administered as directed.
Mild gastrointestinal upset may occur in sensitive animals.
Temporary reduction in appetite or soft stools may occur rarely.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.
Use cautiously in animals with known fish protein hypersensitivity.
Warnings
This product is intended as a nutritional support and should not replace treatment of the underlying renal disease.
Regular monitoring of serum creatinine, BUN, phosphorus and electrolytes is recommended during long-term use.
Ensure adequate hydration throughout therapy.
