Description/ Action: 

FurFree Anti-Tick wash is a cypermethrin-based medicated (Anti-Tick, Anti-Flea) shampoo for dogs. Cypermethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that acts on Sodium channels of the parasitic nervous system and leads to paralysis and death. It arrests the development of eggs and pupa stages of ectoparasites.

It kills ticks and fleas effectively and safely while its moisturizing properties and pH-balanced formula keeps skin and coat healthy and lustrous.

Indication / Uses:

• For effective killing & removing tick, flea & lice.
• Effective against all stages of ectoparasites.
• Moisturizes & nourishes the skin.
• Helps in the prevention of acral lick dermatitis and flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).

• Makes hair coat silky and lustrous.

Directions for use:

Wet the coat and apply ample quantity. Work up a rich lather, massage and keep for 10-15 min. Rinse thoroughly. Brush and allow to get air dry. Do not allow lick until it gets dry. Avoid contact with eyes.

Application can be repeated 3 to 4 times a week in heavily infested pets and once a week thereafter to prevent re-infestation or as directed by the veterinarian.

Route: for topical application in dogs only.

Over-dosage / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

Cypermethrin is a pesticide grade chemical and accidental licking may cause toxicity symptoms like hypersalivation, drowsiness, vomiting etc. In case of accidental licking, ingestion, or side effects contact your veterinarian immediately.  Do not use it on the injured skin or if cuts/wounds are there.

Safety: Age / Pregnancy/ Withdrawal:

Not indicated for use in cats by the manufacturer. Do not use in dogs below 4 weeks of age. Safety in pregnant and lactating female dogs have not been mentioned by the manufacturer.

Store in a cool, dark, and dry place. Shake well before use. Not for human use. For external applications only. Keep reaching out of children.
