Description / Action: 

Dermichlor contains Miconazole Nitrate & Chlorhexidine Gluconate. It is an anti-bacterial and anti-fungal  spray with deodorant for skin infections in dogs & cats.

Indication / Usage:

Dermichlor spray is indicated for dermatitis associated with infections of

• Staphylococcus intermedius,
• Malassezia pachydermatis,
• Microsporum canis,
• Microsporum gypseum &
• Trichophyton mentagrophytes in dogs

Dosage/ Directions for Use:

For topical use only

Before application of Dermichlor Bath / Groom the pet. Shake it well before use. Spray over the infected area. Avoid spraying into eyes, nose & mouth. To obtain the best result, spray from a distance of 15 cm & apply against the natural lay of hairs. Let the animal be air dried. Topical agents can be used daily or weekly or as directed by the veterinarian.

Overdosage / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

Overdosage is less likely to happen with topical applications. Limited information is available related to contraindications and side effects.

Pharmaceutical precautions / Instructions: 

Store in a cool and dry place/ at room temperature. Shake well before use.

Safety: Age / Pregnancy/ Withdrawal:

Safe for use in both dogs and cats. Maximum length of the treatment period should not exceed more than 16 weeks. Safety in pregnant and lactating female pets has not been warned.
