Description / Action: 

Clozole Z lotion with ofloxacin, miconazole and clobetasol is a triple action formula with antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-pruritic effects.

Pharmacodynamics:

Clozole Z Antifungals target the fungal cell membrane and the fungal cell wall and kill the fungus or yeast or prevent its growth. Ofloxacin works against a wide range of gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms. Clobetasol is a highly potent steroid. It has a strong anti-inflammatory effect and anti-pruritic effects on the affected area.

Indication / Usage/ Benefits:

In Dogs and Cats, Clozole Z lotion is indicated for the topical treatment of Eczematous dermatitis complicated by Fungal and bacterial infection and for healing Wounds.

It is also indicated for the topical treatment of Pyoderma, Allergic Dermatitis, and Ringworm infestation.

Dosage/ Administration:

Clean the affected area with an antiseptic solution and apply the lotion liberally 2-3 times daily.

Or as directed by the registered veterinarian.

Directions for Use:

As directed by a veterinary practitioner only. Keep the tube tightly closed after every use.

Overdosage / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

Topical applications have a wide margin of safety. Do not self-medicate. Follow the instructions of your vet and do not exceed the duration of treatment without consulting your vet. The most common side effects of prolonged use are the non-healing tendency of wounds and Cushing syndrome.

No specific Caution is indicated for the topical use. Avoid using Clozole Z lotion for long-term use without the Veterinarian’s advice.

Safety/ Pregnancy/ Age:

Consult your veterinarian before using it in pregnant female dogs as this formulation contains steroids.
