Description / Action: 

SYNOMEND Tablets contain glucosamine, chondroitin, collagen, hyaluronic acid and serratiopeptidase as major ingredients. It is a hip and joint supplement for dogs.

Benefits of Glucosamine for Dogs:

Because of its anti-inflammatory properties, glucosamine can help in reducing pain. Side effects are very rare. Helps to restore joint health naturally increasing mobility. Improves lubrication in your dog’s joints. May reduce or eliminate the need for NSAIDS, which have possible side effects and do not repair the joints, only reduce pain.

Chondroitin is a natural substance found in your dog’s cartilage and, when paired with glucosamine, has an even more beneficial effect on your dog’s joints. Glucosamine is the most common ingredient in supplements for joint health, but with chondroitin, it may increase the effectiveness of your dog’s joint supplement.

MSM (methyl Sulphynol-methane):

MSM is a natural sulphur-containing compound. It is also thought to help improve joint flexibility and reduce pain and inflammation.

Withania Somnifera

It is called Ashwagandha. Its bark and roots have medicinal value. Ashwagandha has compounds that may help in lowering blood pressure, stimulate the immune system, relax the brain, and reduce swelling and inflammation.

Serratiopeptidase:

It is a proteolytic enzyme isolated from the microorganism, Serratia E15. This immunologically active enzyme has powerful anti-inflammatory effects. It digests all dead tissue, blood clots, cysts and arterial plaque and inflammation in all forms. No side effects are established till now. It is very safe for young animals.

Synomend is indicated for reducing the joint pain in older Dogs with wearing cartilage, tendons, and ligaments.

It helps to prevent stress injuries in Dogs.

It facilitates the formation of healthy joints and cartilage in young animals.

As a supportive therapy in cases of joints and surgical operations of Joints and muscles.

Dosage/ Administration:

One tablet per 20 kg body weight.

For puppies and small Breeds:     One tablet daily
For medium Breeds:                     Two tablets daily.
For large Breeds:                          Three to four tablets daily.
For maintenance – One tablet per 10kg b.wt. or as directed by the Veterinarian.
