Description / Action: 

GlycoFLEX Plus is a high quality nutritional / joint supplement for dogs of all ages needing advanced joint support. Ingredients used in glycoflex plus helps in providing cushion to joints, promote cartilage building and alleviate discomfort caused by normal daily activities in working dog breeds, competitive and senior dogs.

It maintains joint comfort and mobility. It has more active ingredients than other leading brands including perna mussel, glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, Antioxidants and MSM for maximum nutritional benefit.

About ingredients:

Perna canaliculus is from an exclusive New Zealand source. It is a green-lipped mussel. Normal mussel and Perna extract based powders products (e.g. defatted powders or extracts) may lack important fatty acids and other bioactive components. The entire organism is utilized in GlycOmega Perna.

Chrondrotin – It is the primary building block of cartilage. Ends of bones is covered by healthy cartilage which acts as shocker absorbers during everyday activities.

Glucosamine – It supports the production of GAGs (glycosaminoglycans) within the synovial fluid and cartilage matrix. Productionn of GAGs decreases as dog ages, which can result in thinning of synovial fluid, the breakdown of connective tissue. And joint stress. Glucosamine also supports the integrity of the mucosal lining of bladder and urinary tract.

MSM is a source of organic sulfur. MSM (Methylsuphonylmethane) supports collagen production, connective tissue and the structure of joints. Increased availability of MSM improves joint comfort and mobility.

Manganese plays an important role of essential mineral for the formation of GAGs, proteoglycans and collagen, all of which support required cartilage integrity. Deficiency of manganese can lead to inefficient production of GAGs within the joints.

Dosage and administration:

Initial: (4-6 Weeks)
Up to 30 lbs b.wt.: 1/2 tablet daily
31 – 60 lbs b.wt.: 1 tablet daily
61 – 100 lbs b.wt.: 2 tablets daily
101 lbs and over b.wt.: 2 ½ tablets daily

Maintenance: (After initial period)
Up to 30 lbs b.wt.: 1/2 tablet every other day
31 – 60 lbs b.wt.: 1/2 tablet daily
61 – 100 lbs b.wt.: 1 tablet daily
101 lbs and over b.wt.: 1 ½ tablets daily

If total dose is more than 1 tablet then divide between AM and PM or two equal dose for better absorption and results.

Pharmaceutical precautions / Instructions: 

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of the reach of animals  and children. In case of accidental overdosage, consult your veterinarian immediately.
Administer with meals or after meals to reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal upset. For animal use only. For use in dogs only.

Safety: Age / Pregnancy/ Withdrawal:

Safety for use in animals intended for breeding and pregnant animals has not been proven. Discontinue the use and contact your veterinarian if lameness worsens.
