Composition & Ingredients:

Each tablets contains

Fexofenadine Hydrochloride IP 120 mg

Montelukast Sodium IP 10 mg

Description / Action: 

Fexorise-M tablets contain fexofenadine hydrochloride and montelukast. It is effective in seasonal allergies causing respiratory problems in dogs.

This combination was found to be efficacious in reducing all nasal symptoms, ocular symptoms as well as total symptom score of allergic rhinitis.

Synergistic Benefit

FEXOFENADINE

– Non-sedating H1-receptor antagonists that relieves symptoms of allergic disorder
– Does not cause drowsiness like other antihistamines drugs

MONTELUKAST

– Potent leukotriene receptor antagonist
– Relieves the symptoms of allergies (both indoor & outdoor)
– Reduces the need for inhaled corticosteroids

Class: Antihistamine and leukotriene receptor antagonist combination

Indication / Uses:

Fexorise-M tablets are indicated for

• Seasonal Allergic Disorder
• Perennial Allergic Rhinitis
• Nasal Congestion
• Nasal Airflow

Dosage and administration:

Fexofenadine: 2-5mg/kg body weight once or twice a day

Montelukast: 0.5-1.0 mg/kg body weight once or twice a day

Overdoses / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

It has no drowsy effect. In case of drowsiness, gastrointestinal upset please contact your veterinarian. Refer package insert for more detailed information.

Safety: Age / Pregnancy/ Withdrawal:

It has no harmful effects on end organs like liver and kidneys. Safe for use in lactating female dogs. Safety in pregnant female dogs has not been established.
