Ingredients & Composition:

Each 1 ml of Pomisol Ear Drops contain

Ofloxacin                  0.3% w/v
Clotrimazole                         1.0% w/v
Betamethasone dipropinate            0.025% w/v
Lignocaine Hydrochloride                         2.0% w/v
In Glycerine I.P. & Propylene Glycol I.P. Base Q.S.

Description / Action: 

Pomisol Ear Drops absorb moisture from the ear canal. It relieves extreme discomfort and pain in Ear. It provides comprehensive topical treatment for mixed ear infections.

Class: Ear Drops / Anti-infective/Antibiotics

Indication / Uses:

Pomisol Ear Drops  are indicated for
• Acute and chronic otitis externa or otitis media perpetuated by bacteria and/or fungi, yeast infections like malassezia, pachydermatis
• Otalgia (ear pain)
• Otorrhoea
• Severe pruritus

Dosage and administration:

Administer liberally 8-10 drops in each affected ear twice daily. (Not indicated for cats by manufacturer).

Over-dosage / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

An overdose of topical application or ear drops is unlike to occur and if this happens seek for veterinarian’s advice.

Pomisol ear drops are meant for topical otic purposes only. No reported adverse reactions have been stated by the manufacturer. In the case of an adverse reaction, discontinue the treatment and consult the veterinarian.

Pharmaceutical precautions / Instructions: 

Store in a cool, dark, and dry place. Shake well before use. Strictly for veterinary use.

Safety: Age / Pregnancy/ Withdrawal:

Age specific restrictions, safety for breeding and lactating animals have not been instructed. Always follow recommendations. It has no reported withdrawal side effects but duration of treatment should be followed as directed by the veterinarian.
