Description / Action: 

Renal Essentials by Vetri Science is recommended to support and maintain optimal kidney function and mineral balance during times of stress in dogs and cats.

It also helps in maintaining normal kidney function by supporting liver functions, homocysteine balance, normal fluid retention, renal circulation, immune and antioxidant defence system functions, stress management, and normal detoxification.

• Astragalus root powder – It is an adaptogen which supports kidney circulation and immune function.
• Rehmania – The Chinese herb is known as blood tonic and the “kidney’s own food” (support urine flow), also supports kidney and liver function.
• Nettle (Urtica dioica) Seed Extract – It supports the normal detoxification functions, immune system, circulation, and balanced fluid retention.
• Cordyceps sinensis Extract – It is an adaptogen and antioxidant in nature. It supports immune system function, removal of toxins, energy production, and kidney function.
• Vitamin B1 – Also called Thiamine is an antioxidant that supports efficient kidney circulation and the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins for proper energy production.
• Vitamin B2 – Also called Riboflavin is found in the largest concentrations in the kidney, liver, and heart. It is an antioxidant. It supports metabolic activity for optimal energy production. It helps in the removal of unwanted metabolic waste/materials from the kidneys. The B vitamins together decrease fluid retention and may help in reducing oxalate problems in the kidney. Due to water-soluble nature B vitamins are not properly recycled in times of kidney dysfunction, and supplementation may be required.

Give 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight, day

For dogs weighing less than 7 kg – give 1/2 tablet daily

Renal Essentials for Dogs

1 tablet /30 lbs of body weight, daily.

For dogs weighing less than 15 lbs – give 1/2 tablet daily.

Renal Essentials for Cats

Give 2 tablets daily.

If giving more than 1 tablet daily, then dosage can be divided between AM and PM.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of the reach of animals and children. In case of accidental overdosing, consult your vet immediately.

Safety: Age / Pregnancy/ Withdrawal:

Not to be used in animals experiencing diarrhea. Safe usages in animals intended for breeding or pregnant animals have not been proven. Stop the administration and contact your veterinarian if animal’s condition worsens or does not improve.
