Ingredients & Composition:

Key ingredients include-

Indian Pennywort or Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) – It is an excellent nervine tonic which relieves nervous irritation and agitation. It is used for enhancing mental performance, calming the brain and decreasing inflammation. It also enhances receptivity and promotes retention.

Winter cherry Or Ashvagandha (Withania Somnifera) – It has anti-stress and adaptogenic properties. It increases physiological endurance. It also protects against the effects of stress.

Mandukaparni (Centella asiatica) – Also known as Gotu Kola, it’s a natural supplement to protect against cognitive dysfunction and to improve memory.

Vishnukrantha (Evolvulus alsinoides) – Used as an adaptogenic with neuroprotective properties in the brain and for stress, anxiety and sedation.

Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi) – Brain nervine tonic with a calming effect used for stress, spasm, epilepsy and convulsions.

Tagara (Valeriana wallichii) – Also known as Valeriana. It is helpful in relaxing the mind and provides relief from anxiety and stress and depression.

Vidanga (Embelia ribes– Vidanga has many uses, including acting as an energy booster and tonic to promote good health and calm the stomach.

Vatada (Prunus amygdalus) – From the Almond, the Vitamin E and Selenium are useful in fighting the ageing process. It has high potassium content which is helpful in maintaining normal blood pressure and heart rate.

Vacha (Acorus calamus) – Acts to improve memory and brain function. It is a primary herb used for mental health conditions. It has a strong action of the nervous system.

Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) – Also known as Amrit one of its uses is as an agent to increase resistance to illness, anxiety and stress.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) – Used as a system tonic for overall health and wellness. Rich source of anti-oxidants.

Memory enhancing and receptive properties makes it suitable for use during training period. It also improves mental alertness, stamina and restores strength.
