Ingredients & Composition:

Carboxymethyl cellulose Sodium I.P.   1% w/v
Stabilized Oxychloro Complex (As preservative)         0.005% w/v
Sterile Aqueous base  q.s.

Description / Action: 

Opthovet Tears Eye Drops contain carboxymethyl cellulose sodium. It helps in the management of common eye problems of dogs and cats like dry eye, KCS, and irritation of the eyes.

Indication / Uses:

Indicated in

• Dryness of Eyes
• Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca (KCS)
• Itchy eyes
• Burning sensation
• Post Operative Lubrication/ Moistening

Dosage and administration:

1-2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 4-6 hours
or as directed by the Registered Veterinary Practitioner
Suitable for both dogs and cats.

Directions for use:

Tighten the Cap on the nozzle by turning it clockwise or displayed on the mono-carton. The vial’s tip will be pierced by the spike in the cap.

Once the cap has been removed, the vial is ready for use.

Over-dosage / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

Use the solution within one month after opening the container.

If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult the Veterinarian.

Do not touch the dropper tip to any other surface since this may contaminate the solution. Please do not use if the solution is cloudy or contains suspended particles and return it for a replacement.

To be used under veterinary supervision only.

Can be used in pregnant and lactating animals of pets of any age group.

Store in a cool, dry & dark place, Protect from direct sunlight. Not for human use. For treatment of animals only. Keep out of reach of children.

Not permitted for retail sale without a registered veterinary practitioner’s prescription. For external use only. Not for injection.

Shake well before use. Close the bottle tightly after every use.
