Fipronil               0.25% w/v (2.5g/lit)

Description / Action: 

Freedom Spray contains fipronil which is effective for treatment of prevention of all life stages of fleas, ticks, and lice in dogs and cats. Fipronil belongs to phenylpyrazole class and interacts with GABA receptors which results in death of parasites.

Class: Ecto-parasiticide / Anti-tick / Anti-flea

Indication / Uses:

• Ticks (including ticks responsible for tick fever), flea (flea allergy dermatitis), Lice.
• Recommended for cats also.
• Puppies & kittens above 8 weeks of age.
• Special base used the formulation makes hair coat shiny and glossy.

Dosage and administration:

Assemble the spray by fitting pipe properly in spray gun. Spray over full body form 10-20 cm distance. Spray against the direction of hairs until hair coat get wet. Apply on entire body giving main attention to the affected area.

Allow your pet to air dry after application, do not use towel. Prevent licking until it becomes dry.

Spraying the paws of your pet with freedom spray after returning from walks help in preventing reinfestation of fleas and ticks.

It is effective against ticks and fleas for one month and three months, respectively.

Heavy infestation may require repetition of the spray.

Over-dosage / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

Do not exceed the recommended doses. Avoid spraying into eyes. Wash hands after use. Spray in a well-ventilated area. Keep sprayed animals away from flame or heat until it gets dry. Do not shampoo or bathe after 2 days of application. In case of accidental consumption of licking contact your vet immediately for symptomatic treatment.

Safety: Age / Pregnancy/ Withdrawal:

Suitable for both dogs and cats above 8 weeks of age. Safe for use in breeding pets, pregnant and lactating female pets.  Has no toxic effects at recommended dosage and is easy to use.

Store in a cool, dark, and dry place. Shake well before use. Not for human use. Keep reaching out of children. Protect from direct sunlight.
