Description / Action: 

FlexiRun Tablets contain 8 powerful active ingredients like glucosamine, chondroitin, hyaluronic acid, collagen, MSM, etc. that work synergically to repair joint damage and strengthen bones.

Normal Joint Condition:

Chondrocytes are responsible for producing collagen and proteoglycans in the Extracellular matrix and thereby maintain healthy articular cartilage. In Healthy Dogs, Chondrocytes maintain a balance between the breakdown of old cartilage (Catabolic activity) & production of new cartilage (Anabolic activity).

Abnormal Joint Condition:

During Osteoarthritis cartilage is weakened, and Chondrocytes produce more proteoglycans and collagen to repair the damage. If the repair of the cartilage cannot cope up with the damage of the Cartilage, then the Extracellular matrix will become more liquid in nature. This makes cartilage weak and unable to tolerate compression & other forces which further weakens cartilage.
