Ingredients & Composition:

Each ml contains:
Albendazole IP (micronised)        25 mg
Excipients               q.s.

Description / Action: 

Albomar Oral Suspension contains micronized albendazole. It is broad spectrum anthelmintic preparation for pets, livestock and poultry.

Control and treatment of Gastrointestinal and Pulmonary
• Nematodes,
• Cestodes and
• Trematodes

Dosage/ Administration/ Directions for Use:

Usual dosage for Albendazole are 5 mg per kg of body weight or

Cattle- 60-90 ml
Calf- 15-30 ml
Sheep and Goat: 2 to 3 ml /10 kg of body weight.
Poultry: 30-45 ml for 100 birds.
Dogs & Cats – 3 to 5 ml twice daily for 3 Days

(Against liver fluke and tape worms dosage to be increase as per Registered Medical Practitioner’s advice.).

Over-dosage / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

Overdosage may result into anorexia, lethargy and depression in dogs and cats.

Pharmaceutical precautions / Instructions: 

Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from direct light.

Safety: Age / Pregnancy/ Withdrawal:

Albendazole is not recommended for use in early stages of pregnancy in animals due to its teratogenic and embryotoxic effects.

Withdrawal period:

Meat: 28 days
Milk and eggs: 7 days
