Indication / Uses:
NUMELVI tablets are indicated for:
Allergic dermatitis in dogs
Atopic dermatitis
Severe pruritus (itching)
Flea allergy dermatitis
Food allergy dermatitis
Contact dermatitis
Chronic allergic skin conditions
Recommended for dogs 6 months of age and older.
Dosage and administration:
0.8–1.2 mg/kg orally once daily with food

Administer orally once daily with food.
Overdoses / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:
Common Side Effects: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Otitis externa, Lethargy, Anorexia, Urinary tract infection, Flatulence and bloating, Increased urination.
Warnings: Increased susceptibility to infections and demodicosis risk. Immunosuppression and possible neoplastic conditions reported with JAK inhibitors. Use cautiously with glucocorticoids, cyclosporine, or other immunosuppressive agents.
Contraindications:
Dogs below 6 months of age. Dogs with serious infections.
Use cautiously in immunocompromised dogs.
Pharmaceutical precautions / Instructions:
Administer with food for improved absorption. Store at 15–30°C.
Keep out of reach of children and animals. Wash hands after handling tablets. Avoid accidental overdose.
Safety: Age / Pregnancy / Withdrawal:
Safe only for dogs older than 6 months.
Safety has not been established in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs.
Withdrawal:
Not applicable for companion animals.
