Description / Action:

Tridapet otic suspension combines mometasone, marbofloxacin and posaconazole for bacterial, fungal and inflammatory otitis externa in dogs.

Next-generation triple-action ear drops for recurrent and resistant otitis externa — one pipette, once on alternate days, tackles bacteria, fungi and inflammation together.

Indication / Uses:

Dosage and Administration:

Instil 1 pipette (0.8 mL) per ear on alternate days for 8 days (4 applications), then repeat on Day 14 and Day 21 or as directed by the Registered Veterinarian.

Administration

1. 1. Clean and dry the external ear canal thoroughly.
   2. Ensure the tympanic membrane (ear drum) is intact.
   3. Twist and open the pipette.
   4. Instil the full contents into the affected ear.
   5. Massage the base of the ear.

Important otic precautions:

• • Confirm an intact tympanic membrane before administration, as explicitly stated in the leaflet.
  • Corticosteroid-containing otic preparations require appropriate veterinary assessment, particularly with prolonged or repeated use.
  • Fluoroquinolone-containing otic therapy should ideally be selected based on cytology and, in recurrent/resistant cases, culture and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.
