Imidacloprid      8.8% w/v
Permethrin         44.0% w/v
Pyriproxyfen      0.44% w/v
Excipients          q.s.

Description / Action: 

Safeline Spot-on For dogs contains imidacloprid, Permethrin and Pyriproxyfen. It is a topical solution which is an insect growth regulator. It imitates the hormones that naturally prevent juvenile insects from developing into adults. It interferes with egg laying, egg hatching, and the development of immature insects into adult forms.

Indication / Uses:

• Treatment and prevention of ticks, lice, flea infestation with an added repellent activity
• To repel mosquitoes and sandflies

Dosage and administration:

Dosage as per dog’s weight:
<4 kg: 0.40 ml (small dogs and puppies)
4-10 kg: 1 ml
11-25 kg: 2.5 ml
> 25 kg: 4 ml.

Direction For Use:

Apply directly on the skin between dog’s shoulders, on the middle line of the back between hips.

Monthly application is recommended for effective control of ectoparasites.

Over-dosage / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

Transient pruritus may be noticed at the site of application in some pets. Do not bathe dogs until 48 hours after the application of spot-on. Transient lethargy and vomiting can be seen as the most common side effects of accidental consumption.

Store in a dry, cool and dark place.  For Veterinary use. Not for use in humans. Keep out of reach of children.

Safety: Age / Pregnancy/ Withdrawal:

Safe for use in young dogs but do not use in puppies less than 8 weeks old. It is not recommended for use in pregnant and lactating female dogs.
