Ingredients & Composition:

Each (enteric coated) tablet contains:

Trypsin                48 mg
Bromelain           90 mg
Rutoside Trihydrate    100 mg tablet
Excipients           q.s.

Description / Action: 

Penetrat Pet tablets for dogs are the new-age proteolytic enzyme combination with anti-oxidants. It contains bromelain, trypsin and rutoside which controls inflammation and promotes wound healing. Proteolytic enzymes like Trypsin, Bromelain proteolyses the inflammatory elements thereby ensuring deeper penetration of antibiotics and NSAIDs to the site of injury.

Trypsin:

Proteolytic enzyme
Acts on pH 7-9.5 (prevalent during early stage of inflammation

Bromelain:

Proteolytic enzyme
Acts on pH 3-8 (prevalent during later stage of inflammation)
Synergistic debridement of inflammatory elements at both acidic and alkaline pH.

Rutoside:

Antioxidant extracted from Hottentot Fig & Flowers of pagoda tree. Rutoside is more potent antioxidant than vitamin C and E.

Above dosage are number of tablets / day or as directed by veterinary physician.

To be given one hour before food. Don not break administer as whole tablet.

Pharmaceutical precautions / Instructions: 

Store in a cool place below 25°C protected from light and moisture.  Keep medicines out of reach of children.  Do not break or allow to chew, administer whole.

Safety / Contraindications / Side-Effects:

Recommended in dogs from 6 months of age.
Not recommended during pregnancy & lactation in female dogs.
Should not be given to dogs with hepatic and / or renal disorders and bleeding disorders.
Discontinue at least 2 weeks before surgery to avoid bleeding disorders.
