Description / Action: 

Pawgest is a proprietary Pre & Probiotic blend with Enzymes, Live Yeast Culture, Beta Glucan & Electrolytes for Dogs & Cats. Probiotics inhibits the growth and activity of harmful bacteria like Salmonella, E.coli, and clostridium perfringens by producing short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) and also provides other benefits to the intestines by decreasing intestinal permeability and controlling infections ( it helps reducing allergic reactions).

Dosage and administration / Directions for use:

2-3 g twice daily per 10 kg body weight. Or as directed by the veterinarian.

A levelled scoop holds around 6 grams of powder. It can be mixed or sprinkled over the food. In case of gastro-intestinal discomfort double the suggested dosage for first 5 days.

Over-dosage / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

Do not use in conjunction with antibiotics but can be given following the antibiotics. It helps in preventing urinary tract infections but consult with your veterinarian before using in pets suffering from chronic kidney disease.
