Ingredients & Composition:

Gatifloxacin                         0.3% w/v
Prednisolone Acetate IP      1% w/v
Benzalkonium Chloride Solution IP      0.02% v/v
(as preservative)
Sterile Aqueous base           q.s.

Description / Action: 

Opthovet-GP Eye Drops contain gatifloxacin and prednisolone. It helps in the management of eye problems like conjunctivitis, keratitis and bacterial infection in dogs and cats.

Indication / Uses:

Indicated in

• Conjunctivitis
• Keratitis
• Eye infections
• Allergies

Dosage and administration:

1-2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 6-8 hours

Or as directed by the Registered Veterinary Practitioner

Suitable for both dogs and cats.

Directions for use:

Tighten the Cap on the nozzle by turning it clockwise or displayed on the mono-carton. The vial’s tip will be pierced by the spike in the cap.

Once the cap has been removed, the vial is ready for use.

Over-dosage / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

Do not use in case of corneal defect or ulceration. Use the suspension within one month after opening the container.

If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult the Veterinarian.

Do not touch the dropper tip to any other surface since this may contaminate the solution. Please do not use if the solution is cloudy or contains suspended particles and return it for a replacement.

To be used under veterinary supervision only.

Safety / Pregnancy / Age:

No information is available regarding use in pregnant and lactating animals. May not be safe for use in pregnant pets as it contains prednisolone.

Store in a cool, dry & dark place, Protect from direct sunlight. Not for human use. For treatment of animals only. Keep out of reach of children.

Shake well before use. Close tightly after every use.
