Side effects
Injection site pain or swelling (more common after SC administration)
Hypersalivation
Lethargy
Diarrhoea
Reduced appetite (uncommon)
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to maropitant or formulation components.
Warnings
Symptomatic treatment of vomiting does not replace diagnosis of the underlying cause.
Use cautiously in patients with hepatic dysfunction because maropitant is metabolized by the liver.
Monitor debilitated or severely dehydrated patients appropriately.
Pharmaceutical precautions / Instructions:
For veterinary use only. Administer by SC or IV route as recommended.
Maintain aseptic technique while withdrawing doses.
Store according to label recommendations. Keep out of reach of children.

Minimum age: Dogs from 10 weeks as per product recommendations; cats as directed by the veterinarian.
