Ingredients & Composition:

Each 100 ml of Mycosan-CT Shampoo contains:
Ketoconazole      2% w/v
Chlorhexidine Gluconate     2% w/v
Cetrimide 0.1% w/v
Foam Base          q.s.

Description / Action: 

Mycosan-CT pet shampoo is for curative treatment and management of Pyoderma, Fungal Infections & Stubborn Dandruff in Pets.  It is enriched with the benefits of ketoconazole (an antifungal agent), effective in treating malassezia dermatitis (excessive dandruff). Ketoconazolet works by destroying the cellular wall of fungus & yeast. Cetrimide and Chlorhexidine gluconate are topical disinfectants & antimicrobial agents for wounds. Cetrimide is antibacterial, antifungal & has antiseptic or disinfectant action of making skin free of any microbe. The three ingredients together directly damage, injure and kill many potential pathogens without injuring the skin.

Indication / Uses:

Mycosan-CT Shampoo is indicated / Recommended for treatment of
• Bacterial dermatitis
• Fungal dermatitis,
• Waxy/oily hair coat,
• Pyoderma
• Dandruff

Directions for use:

Apply sufficient quantity of Mycosan CT shampoo to the wet coat and work into a rich lather. Leave for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat twice-a-week until symptoms subside. Frequency of bathing depends upon the disease and response to treatment.

Overdoses / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:

Over dosage are less likely to happen with topical preparations like shampoo. Before using always consult your veterinarian for the treatment of skin infections and diagnosis.
