Description / Action: 

Optiset Tablets are fortified with lutein, zeaxanthin, carotenoids, vitamins, and minerals to support healthy eye function in dogs and cats. It contains antioxidants that work synergistically to support canine and feline eye health.

L-Glutathione (GSH)

• • Mother of all anti-oxidants
  • Levels of GSH reduces in aging patients and those with cataract, glaucoma
  • GSH supplementation can help prevent cataract formation
  • Helps in maintaining transparency of lens
  • Adequate levels of GSH keep free radicals at bay (scavenges free radicals), protect lens against oxidative stress

Ginseng

• • Traditional herb (roots from Panax ginseng, Panax notoginseng and quinquefolius are used)
  • Anti-cancer action, protects nerves
  • Has antioxidant property
  • Helpful in healing after an eye or corneal surgery as it promotes corneal healing
  • Protective effect on lens in patients with diabetes (sugar binds to proteins leading to cataracts in diabetic patients)

Zinc

Selenium

Grape seed extract (GSE)
